4810+ Receiving Mainboard

These techniques have used in its several mainboards: 3800+, 3810+, 4800+ and 4810+, of which the 4810+ is an original unique AUTO- adaptive mainboard without adjusting the sensitivity in internal EAS industry. With an advanced preprogrammed DSP chip, the sensitivity adjusts itself real time according to the on-site electromagnetic environment, it doesn't need a manually adjustment and keeps working in a best condition, at the same time it reduce a large number of false alarms. Details about the 4810+ mainboard performance:
A. Original functions from YIJIA Electronics 4810+ mainboard:
1. A unique mainboard without adjusting the sensitivity in internal EAS industry: using an automatic-control-sensitivity (ACS) system, the sensitivity will adjust itself real time according to the on-site electromagnetic environment, it is unnecessary to manually adjust the sensitivity and it keeps working in a best condition.
2. Using a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) system and a DSP preprogrammed automatic control technique, it adapts to electromagnetic environment automatically. The system keeps working in a best condition in different electromagnetic environments, without a manually adjustment.
3. Adding a non-delay alarm mode: different from traditional Long tones mode, when working in the non-delay alarm mode, the alarms will stop soon after the tag/label leave the detection area.
4. Alarm response speed selection: with a Short Route SW2, the reaction speed of alarms can be improved immediately.
5. Active interfering signal independent LED indicator: using two flash lights LED3 and LED4 to show active interfering signal when making an installation, in order to facilitate on-site troubleshooting.
6. A converse power polarity protection and LED indicator: some customers had the mainboard broken when they made a converse power polarity, in view of this situation, adding a protection network is necessary. The mainboard has a LED that shows a converse power polarity, and the mainboard will be protected, the board will never broken by a converse power polarity.
7. A fault fuse LED indicator: if the fuse is broken, the LED beside will light up immediately.
8. Frequency independent power supply network: to ensure the stability of the frequency signals, and not to be affected by other components or the voltage fluctuations.
9. RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) anti-counterfeit code: with a unique RFID on each mainboard, it can be identified through the website.
B. Other functions:
1. Tag or soft label distinguishing function: it can be selected into a mode only detect the tag but not detect the soft label.
2. Stationary/moving label detecting function: it can be selected into a mode only detect the moving tag/soft label.
3. Using an advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) analysis technique and Automatic Gain Control (AGC) technique.
4. With the switch SW1, scanning frequency is exactly match, it reduces the possibility of false alarms.
5. 8.2MHz/10MHz double frequency band selection: two different frequencies can be selected with a selective Short Route without any instrument.
6. Double alarm sound mode: Long tones mode or intermittent tones mode, and the volume can be selected.
7. Showing on-site interfering signal with three green LED lights DS1, DS2 and DS3, in order to facilitate on-site troubleshooting and to adjust the equipment.
8. Frequency dislocation technology: it¡¯s unnecessary to make a signal synchronization when straight-line distance¡Ý15 meters between two similar detection systems. It reduces a cost of synchronization cable, and has a convenience for the project implementation and installation.
9. Gate installation distance: in an ideal Electromagnetic environment, it has a 1.2 meters installation distance for soft label and 1.8 meters installation distance for tag.
10. Low power consumption, a simple appearance, a reliable performance, and a good on-site adaptability.
